We undertake most types of property refurbishments through to full restructuring and renovation projects. We will often be asked to convert houses into HMO's or small commercial units into self contained apartments.

A light refurbishment project would typically involve, re-wiring, installing central heating, plastering, replacement kitchens & bathrooms.

A full renovation or conversion project will include much of the above with structural changes to remove and relocate walls, doors and windows.
